It’s still business as usual here at Pero, but we feel it is important to keep our customers informed on any changes that happen, as they happen.
With the continued presence of Coronavirus (COVID-19) affecting business across the UK, we have seen many people begin to panic buy, and leave many store shelves without food.
We have felt the effects of the increased volume of purchasing throughout our business, and in response we have increased output levels as high as possible.
In order to keep up with demand and ensure orders are completed, we have made changes to our operations to ensure all of our customers orders are processed as efficiently and fairly as possible.
To achieve this, all orders will be processed in the order in which they are received.
Stock will be allocated to orders on the same basis, to ensure goods are sent out as fairly as possible.
Orders will be despatched on a standard service only, no next-day deliveries will be available for the time being.
All orders will be subject to supply, this can include raw materials and packaging, and if there are any difficulties despatching your order we will be in touch.
We appreciate your understanding, and support in the light of the current climate.
