Our credit terms are as stated: All accounts in arrears will be passed to your debt collecting agency. All accounts, should legal action be required, will be subject to an interest charge of 8% plus the Bank of England base rate, per annum, compounded daily. All recovery/legal/interest costs will be added to original outstanding balance.
